Doba is a concept project created by a Mexican couple designers (Nao and Milch); the inspiration of this concept is for the true love for the food and specially the burgers, they are delicious and there are a lot of recipes to explore awesome flavors and textures.
Decided to create the best burger in the world, the priority task is developing an incredible Burger recipe, the first step is a big research so, go and visit a lot of restaurants with incredible burgers such as Chilli’s, Burger King, Mc Donalds, Bolerama Coyoacán, Carl’s Jr, KFC, the new Mr. Blancos and a lot of different street food places is the best way to start.

The process should be quick because the priority is to avoid the clients waste their time waiting for a complete lunch (including a delicious dessert) and after this research the perfect ingredients were selected to prioritize a fast cooking.
Making fried foods is a quick way to solve the time issue so, create a garnish and dessert using the same cooking method saves a lot of time. The fries potatoes and bananas flavor and texture complement the experience.
Looking for a nice sound and easy to remember name, Doba came out as a great option because is a really short word and luckily it means “time” in Czech matching with the concept.
